VENDORS AND EXHIBITORS

   Looking to be a vendor at our brand new Georgia Mountains Charity Comic Con?  We welcome you to join us in this exciting event for North Georgia.   Geeks will be overjoyed to find the huge variety of merchandise… comics, toys, action figures, cards and more… you name it and we’ve got it.  We just need you to sell it!  This is a comic con you don’t want to miss.

Artist Booth

     Artist booths are 6×8 sections with one 6 foot table and two chairs.  Vendors will receive 2 badges. All artist tables will be located on artist row…the the perfect spot to autograph your works.

Vendor Inline Booth

     Vendors will be set up with an 8×8 booth space with one 6 foot table and two chairs.  Extra table is available for $20.  Extra chair $5.  Limited electrictical outlets are available for $25.  Each vendor booth will receive 2 badges.

     Corner booths are limited and are available by special request.  Please message us for more details and pricing.

 

Food Vendors

     There will be only three slots available for food vendors at our conference.  We are looking for Mexican,  American, and BBQ which will be setup indoors just outside the venue in the connecting hallway.  Food trucks will not be allowed.  Kitchen accessibility is limited to refrigeration and warming ovens.  There will be a lounge area as part of the convention adjacent to the food service area for customers to enjoy their meal.  Each food vendor will receive 2 passes.  Don’t delay in signing up today! Cost for food vendors will be:

Vendors have the option of one 8x8 with one 6 foot table and two chairs, or a double, 8x16 space with two 6 foot tables and two chairs. Extra tables are available for $20 and extra chair for $5. Limited electrical hookup locations are offered for $25. Additional single booth spaces can be reserved if more space is needed. Each vendor will receive 2 vendor badge passes.
