VENDORS AND EXHIBITORS

   Looking to be a vendor at our brand new Georgia Mountains Charity Comic Con?  We welcome you to join us in this exciting two day event for North Georgia.   Geeks will be overjoyed to find the huge variety of merchandise… comics, toys, action figures, cards, and more… you name it and we’ve got it.  We just need you to sell it!  This is a comic con you don’t want to miss.

Artist Booth

     Artist booths are 6×8 sections with one 6 foot table and two chairs.  Vendors will receive 2 badges. All artist tables will be located on artist row…the the perfect spot to autograph your works.

Vendor Inline Booth

     Vendors will be set up with an 8×8 booth space with one 6 foot table and two chairs.  Extra table is available for $20.  Extra chair $5.  Limited electrictical outlets are available for $25.  Each vendor booth will receive 2 badges.

Vendor Corner Booth

     Corner booths are limited and are available by special request.  Please message us for more details and pricing.

Food Vendors

     We are accepting both indoor and outdoor food and beverage vendors.  Those with food trucks or with the need to prepare food with each order will be just outside the back entrance of venue.  Picnic tables will be set up near vendors for guests to enjoy their meal.  Inside vendors may sell premade items.  Warming ovens and refridgeration is available in the kitchen across the hall. 

Each food vendor will receive 2 passes.  Don’t delay in signing up today! Cost for food vendors will be:

Electrical hookup is an additional $25.

Are you interested in participating in a panel discussion?
Artists will be set up on artist row located in the tatooine cantina and speaker room. Space will be 6x8 with one 6 foot table and two chairs. Extra table $20, extra chair $5. Each artist vendor will receive 2 artist badge passes.

Vendors have the option of one 8x8 with one 6 foot table and two chairs, or a double, 8x16 space with two 6 foot tables and two chairs. Extra tables are available for $20 and extra chair for $5. Limited electrical hookup locations are offered for $25. Additional single booth spaces can be reserved if more space is needed. Each vendor will receive 2 vendor badge passes.
